Volunteer tutors are the backbone of NALC. Accordingly, we want to make it easy for you to find the tools needed to be a successful tutor. Whether you need materials, have a question concerning lesson planning or just want some guidance, please let us know. Tutor Hours Report
Please don't forget to send us your hours! We use this information to secure important funding for our program. Click here to to fill out the online form to report your hours. EACH learner you work with, and be sure to let us know if you need anything.

Quarterly Report
NALC likes to know how you and your learner are doing, so please take a few minutes each quarter to fill out a report. Sometimes it's the smallest accomplishments that make the biggest difference, so please let us hear from you!

Reports are pdf format, and must be printed and returned via US mail. If you would rather have a blank form sent to you, please let us know.

The quarterly report schedule is below, please note that reports are due by the 15th of the month after the end of the quarter. Please use this form to submit a Quarterly Report . You can find your current goals on your learning plan, and in the space provided please update us on the status of any new goals that have been set.
