You have rights when talking to police or ICE.  

 It is important to know your rights. If ICE approaches you, stay calm. Breathe. You have rights. You do not have to speak – you can stay silent. You do not have to sign any document without talking to your lawyer.

You can get a red card with this information. Email info@nashvilleliteracy.org with your name, address, language, and the number of cards you want. We will send them to you. You can give the card to the police and remain silent. You can print your own card here.
